Who We Serve - Our clients are anyone who controls farmland including: trusts, estates, charitable organizations, corporations, and governmental agencies. Most of our clients are individual landowners.

Proven Experience - Schroeder/Huber LLC Agricultural Services has extensive experience in farmland real estate sales, purchases, and exchanges throughout the Midwest.

Farm Management and Appraisals - We are active in appraising farm land. Our staff includes Accredited Farm Managers, and Accredited Rural Appraisers, and three State Certified General Appraisers.

Our Staff - Our four professional farm managers are licensed real estate sales experts, and rural appraisers. Each farm manager was raised with a farm background and has the minimum of a B.S. degree. All managers receive continuing education in farm management, real estate sales, and rural appraisals every year to assure that our customers receive the best up-to-date services available in the industry.
